Worst online shopping experience to date
G2A offers a 'shield' on a per-month subscription. When asking for a refund I was told there was a 'system error' of which no one wanted to explain. A month later I am still trying to obtain a refund for my purchase, and the same reason is given, so I am still without refund. G2A Shield is meant to have a money back guarantee... funny how they REFUSE to resolve my issue. FURTHER, the process to unsubscribe from G2A Shield is over 10 STEPS INCLUDING CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION! This is a tool other companies have employed to keep customers paying subscriptions, and IS AN OFFENSE YOU CAN SUE FOR. I will never put one cent of my money into this company ever again and I strongly advise any reader to avoid this website at all costs.
